PURCHASING MANAGER [nadnárodní společnost]

Požadujeme:

- University degree or equivalent
- 5 years Purchasing + with responsibility for ERP / inventory, 3 years Supervisory Experience
- Fluent in English, other European languages is an asset.
- Project Management, Technical knowhow or ability to understand technical concept, materials and production methods and problems
- Analytical ability for cost analysis, cost breakouts and return on investment
- Strategic contract negotiation skills
- Ability to work in, form and improve a complex organization.
- Good understanding of local specifics, commercial law of the plant country and contracts. Ability to translate commodity strategies into plant purchasing strategies and implement them with the strategic buyers.

Pracovní náplň:

- Customize & Implement sourcing strategy for commodities in line with Corporate Strategy, coordination with BU Purchasing Manager Europe. Increase share of strategic suppliers over total supply turnover.
- Manage / supervise plant buyers: Coordination, support and supervision of teams' activities, application of policies and prCustomize & Implement sourcing strategy for commodities in line with Corporate Strategy, coordination with BU Purchasing Manager Europe. Increase share of strategic suppliers over total supply turnover.
- Manage / supervise plant buyers: Coordination, support and supervision of teams' activities, application of policies and procedures.
- Monitor adherence to ISO 9001, TS 16949 procedures and respect of the AF4 policy.
- Coordinate supplier and supply chain management, to achieve best cost, quality, lead time, availability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate Market investigation, Low Cost Countries opportunities / Opportunity assessment, incl. analysis of market data from multiples sources & visits of suppliers & fairs, identification of trends, supply risk & opportunities.
- Support / Coordinate important negotiations of contracts / conditions / pricing with suppliers for materials and services, incl. contract approvals as per policy limits.
- Monitor data, collaborate with Steering Committee to enhance supplier performance for cost/quality/service and continuous improvement. Apply controlling tools, report on progress made (prices/cash-discount/inventory/lead-times/quality/contracts), control data integrity in ERP’s and manage corrective actios.
- Participate in stock-taking process in terms of verification of pricing data and clarification of count deviations for purchased material in order to assure correct inventory resultsocedures.
