MATERIALS MANAGER[SLUŽEBNÍ AUTOMOBIL]

Požadujeme:

- Qualified to degree level in a business/engineering discipline; with or working towards a professional supply chain management qualification
- Previous supply chain experience in a high volume, proactive manufacturing environment
- Leadership experience across different countries
- Strong knowledge and understanding of MRP systems (JDE) is required and experience of Logility an advantage
- Previous experience of implementing improvements using Lean or Supply Chain tools (S&OP, Kanban, PFEP etc)
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills to influence and persuade at all levels within the organisation.
- Project management and problem solving skills
- Ability to travel to meet business needs is essential
- Business trips abroad

Pracovní náplň:

- Leadership of robust implementation and ongoing management of S&OP process across the division to improve customer service and proactively manage inventory
- Coordinate material flow from supplier to manufacturing and distribution centres and customers to support growth and premier customer service
- Ensure robust planning and scheduling processes are in place in manufacturing locations
- Develop PFEP model to optimise material flow across manufacturing locations
- Manage and optimise freight and associated costs
- Continuous improvement of materials department through use of JDE, PH
Connect, Lean and other appropriate tools
- Champion use of PH Connect to ensure supplier compliance as well as improved material availability
- Ensure the timely completion of performance reviews, objectives setting and 121s via Talent Central ensuring objectives meet the needs and expectations of the business.
- Work with supplier development and stratgic sourcing teams to improve supplier performance
- Deputise for the Division Supply Chain Manager as required.
