PLANT CONTROLLER[služební automobil]

Požadujeme:

- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Advanced PC skills – MS Excel, SAP knowledge
- Fluent in English
- 10+ years of Finance experience in a Manufacturing/Costing role
- Strong responsibility, diligence, flexibility
- Team player, decision maker, team leader
- General knowledge of legal regulations

Pracovní náplň:

- Responsible for financial analysis activities of the Teplice plant, for standard costing, intercompany prices and strategic operating budget.
- Summarizes financial performance and effectively communicates these to senior management.
- Analyzes period costs and manufacturing variances and identifies trends and potential risks and opportunities to the operations.
- Recommends financial and operational metrics that will support existing and changing business activities and measures performance against established targets.
- Ensures that all aspect of plant financial/accounting operations are consistent with local and US GAAP. Ensures that accounting practices and procedures issued by Corporate are in compliance.
- Acts as a financial consultant to various manufacturing departments, Teplice Operations Director, VP of Operations and Global Finance Director in support of local and global operational and financial targets.
- Builds and maintains high performance of financial team. Identifies career growth opportunities for his organization and work with Teplice Finance team to achieve organizational strength.
- Responsible for passing the SOX controls under his/her responsibility (plant reporting, production variances analysis, inventory).
- Identifies and develops savings projects to deliver annual cost reduction of goods based on corporate targets.
