PRODUCTION MANAGER

Požadujeme:


    - Min. high school (technical background)
    · Min. 3 to 5 years practice in production
    · Experience with team leading (100 and more members)
    · Communicative English, German is an advantage
    · Very good PC skills (MS Office, JDE, Outlook …)
    · Communication skills

    · Negotiating abilities
    · Active approach to problem solving
    · Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
    · Team approach, flexibility
    · Base Knowledge of methods FMEA, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP

Pracovní náplň:



    · Obligation to create favorable working conditions and to ensure health and safety at work in accordance with legislation and PHI directives
    · Production management, ensuring the fulfillment of the production plan, supervising and ensuring the continuity of production and supervising the workload of subordinate employees
    · Supervision of production quality, supervision of proper completion of production records and production documentation
    · Supervising and ensuring the solution of defects in machinery, planning and monitoring of annual financial plans at the entrusted center, participation in the implementation of new production processes and new technologies, observance of OSH and FP principles in all subordinate workplaces
    · Cooperation in solving discrepancies in the production process - lack of material, discrepancies in JDE, etc.
    · Management with supervisor's instructions, responsibility for production data for JDE transactions (depreciation, scrap, order backlog, etc.), regular production reporting (monthly cut-off, production analysis updates, etc.), subordinate management, organization, control, motivation, education, evaluation, etc.
    - Ozor Supervision of attendance of subordinate employees, cooperation in recruitment of new employees
    · Active participation in continuous improvement of production, quality, communication with the parent division, suppliers and customers, managing and controlling the work of subordinate employees and evaluating their work performance and work results, the best possible organization of work
    · Ensure remuneration of employees in accordance with legal regulations and payment policy of the company, create conditions for increasing the professional level of employees
    · Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations, ensure adoption of measures to protect the employer's property
