SITE PRODUCTION MANAGER [ne automotive]

Požadujeme:

- Fluent English written and spoken
- Relevant technical qualification
- Supervisory or management qualification/experience
- Experience of leading a team in a demanding manufacturing environment
- Excellent internal and external customer service and communication skills
- Experience of leading process improvement in a technical business environment
- Proven proactive and self-motivated team player
- To be able to mentor, train, and encourage team members in all areas
- Organised, with demonstrable attention to detail and a strong ‘right first time and every time’ ethos
- To be numerate, literate and fully conversant to a high level with Excel, Word, Outlook and an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, reporting and presenting data in meaningful reports
- Willing to undertake relevant further professional development training as required

Pracovní náplň:

- To propose, review and gain commitment from direct reports to targets, budgets and plans
- To manage budgetary control, production staff effectiveness and overall productivity to achieve the set targets in the Company Scorecard
- To ensure the efficient planning, reviewing and communication of operational needs and changes throughout the business. Effective usage of the workforce capacity within the team but also across all the sites within the Company
- To monitor production and the business KPI of On Time Delivery performance to customer request dates (OTIF), ensuring it is met and improved upon. Flexible prioritisation based on the Customer requests through the planning team or Managers of the Customer Service Teams
- To constantly review all aspects of the production operation driving improvements in methods, procedures and efficiency
