FINANCE MANAGER [bonuses]

Požadujeme:

- Qualified Accountant with proven experience of dealing with accounts to - Trial Balance and compiling management accounts
- Experienced in a commercial or industrial environment
- Experience of working in a supervisory position
- Experiences in Helios Orange system
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Results driven
- Team player

Pracovní náplň:

- Day to day management of the Accounts Dept, which includes direct supervision and development of staff
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, including analysis of variances from budget
- Create weekly, monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
- Cash-flow management and forecasting
- Government reporting, EC Sales List, Intrastat, VAT Returns (to include UK company CZ VAT return)
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Preparing year end accounts for audit
- Balance Sheets
- Develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports
- Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
- Provide support to other accounts staff, checking and developing processes as needed and ensuring tasks are being completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and Company policies
- Oversee Payroll including authority liaison
- Travel expenses
- Reporting statistics (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
