    - Degree qualified in an engineering or manufacturing related discipline
    - Post graduate qualification in management or business improvement an advantage
    - SME with significant experience in sustained business improvement through the implementation of both Advanced Quality tools and Lean methodologies, tools and techniques.
    - Certified ISO Lead Auditor with previous experience of QMS
    - A proven managerial track record in a successful Lean and/or QA leadership role
    - Extensive experience of leading, facilitating and implementing Lean initiatives across manufacturing and the enterprise departments
    - Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills required to identify trends and take appropriate action to ensure the effective running of the business to meet customer requirements and focused business improvements.
    - Experience of project management
    - Ability to successfully affect and maintain cultural change

Pracovní náplň:

    - Leadership responsibility for Quality and Lean performance in all locations across the division in line with
    Group and Division strategic objectives.
    - Provides leadership and management, including setting of
    targets, for each location to continually develop and improve Quality and Lean performance.
    - Acts as the Division Representative for all quality audits, external assessments, reviews etc.
    - Ensures QMS processes, procedures and standards are established, implemented and maintained.
    - Acts as the Division Champion to implement Lean System and develop a continuous improvement culture through the use of Kaizen and lean improvement tools across all functions in the
    division. This will include the delivery of lean methodology and tools training, as well as leadership of the Division’s Kaizen programmes.
    - A member of the Division Leadership Team working together to achieve overall business performance targets.
    - Provide leadership, guidance and management support to all division locations.
    - Communicate and champion the fulfillment of customer, regulatory and organizational requirements to assure product quality, contract compliance and support customer satisfaction bacross the Division. This includes the development of a clear quality plan.
    - Establish, maintain and develop effective management systems in manufacturing and enterprise areas to ensure compliance with corporate, group and division standards
    - Using Quality and Lean management tools, implement performance measures to effectively understand and improve business performance ie lead time reduction, improved productivity, reduced cost of poor quality, reduced RPPM, corrective action processes, etc
    - Implements and maintains a corrective action system to analyse and correct non conformances and complaints
    - Plan and manage internal audit programmes in support of quality standards, systems, etc
    - Lead and manage effective Kaizen events and activities across the division
    - Develop Lean knowledge across the business through effective training programmes and practical events
    - Works closely with the Division Supply Chain Manager to implement an effective supplier management strategy including the use of lean tools.
    - Works closely with Division Engineering Manager on new product development for quality/reliability issues including use of APQP processes as required
    - Provide reports, as required, regarding quality metrics ie cost of quality, warranty costs, scrap, etc
    - Ensures keeps uptodate with changes in quality standards, certification, systems, tools etc
