EHS MANAGER [služební automobil]

Požadujeme:

- University degree or min. High school with experience
- Professional EHS certification
- Min 5 years management / supervisory experience in EHS
- English language (written + spoken)
- Strong, visible leader for creating a culture that values and supports incident-free, compliant workplaces and environmental stewardship.
- Possesses knowledge of current environmental, health and safety regulations, practices and technologies related to the compliant, cost-effective management of exposures that can result in harm to people, property or the environment
- Possesses effective communication skills to clearly and concisely present information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Makes effective decisions, even when dealing with limited or ambiguous information.
- Effectively interacts with others, establishing open, candid and trusting relationships
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices and familiarity with methods of assessing, evaluating and controlling these potential hazardous situations
- Experience in writing reports for health and safety
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
- Cooperation during new product development (APD procedure)
- Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus
- Diligent with great attention to detail
- To follow the rules, company politics and environmental requirements, to perform objectives given in this area and proceed them. To keep principles of Safety and Fired protection

Pracovní náplň:

- Supervising of EHS department in Klasterec plant.
- Lead efforts to reduce quantity of injuries in the plant and continuous improvements in EHS (EHS framework).
- Maintain ISO 14 001, 45 001, 50 001 standard
